Your Go-To App For Stress-Free, Reliable Ride Sharing
Built for Safer Rides and Smarter Groups

Learn how a personal wake-up call became a platform that helps organizations move smarter, safer, and together.

Who We Are

RideHoppy is a free, community-based ride coordination app designed for student groups, fraternities, sororities, clubs, and local organizations. Built to replace chaotic group chats, risky rides, and accountability gaps, RideHoppy gives associations their own private transportation network—complete with scheduling, tracking, and safety tools.

But RideHoppy didn’t start as a business. It started with a crash.

While serving as a designated driver for my fraternity, I was hit by a drunk driver—another fraternity’s designated driver. The irony wasn’t just tragic. It was infuriating. And it revealed something bigger: most student groups are totally unequipped to manage transportation safely and efficiently.

That experience led me to run for Head of Risk at my fraternity, and eventually to found RideHoppy.com.

What began as a digital coordination tool for one fraternity is now a scalable platform that helps any group manage rides, drivers, and responsibilities inside a private, closed system. I spent months working with developers to build a tool that’s intuitive, mobile-first, and always free. Today, RideHoppy is live on both the App Store and Google Play.

What We Do

RideHoppy helps organizations:

There are no hidden fees, no commissions, and no payments—because our drivers don’t drive for money. They drive for each other.

As the platform expands, RideHoppy is empowering communities that care—giving groups the tools to manage their own ride ecosystems, avoid preventable risks, and show what responsible, peer-led transportation can look like.
